The Anna Guthrie Osteopathic Clinic has been serving the local community in Essex for over 18 years. We are extremely proud of our team and the reputation we have acquired as a result of our friendly, professional approach.

 

Here at the Anna Guthrie Osteopathic Clinic, we have a wealth of experience in the field of Osteopathy. We welcome enquiries from all over Essex including Benfleet, Rayleigh, Canvey Island, Basildon, Hadleigh, Leigh-on –sea and Pitsea. 

Associate Osteopath

Alice Worland

Graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2021 with a Masters in Osteopathy. 


She has always had a passion for helping others and prior to graduating she has 6 years of experience in hospital and care settings, this led her into the world of Osteopathy. 


Her love of Osteopathy stems from it incorporating both the physical and a vast range of background aspects of a persons life. An Osteopaths holistic approach allows to individually tailor each patient treatment and speed recovery.

Principal Osteopath

Anna Guthrie

Principal Osteopath Anna Guthrie graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000, after a four year degree course. She has also qualified in cranial-sacral therapy at the Upledger Institute. Anna is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopathy.

 

She specialises in using deep soft tissue and manipulation techniques to treat all injuries from sports to every day strains.

 

Anna became interested in treating injuries from her own sporting background in swimming. Her specialised interest is treating sports injuries, babies and the elderly.

Associate Osteopath

Robert Smith B Ost

Robert Smith graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in London in 2004. He is also registered with the General Osteopathic Council and the British Osteopathic Association.

 

Robert specialises in using visceral techniques which is the mobilisation of the organs to assist in the release of spinal and joint restrictions. He has a background in pathology laboratory science and became interested in how the body works through an interest in Tai Chi.

 

We can assist with back pain and a host of other ailments. Our reputation throughout Essex is second to none and we pride ourselves on providing a caring, professional and friendly service.
